Engineer the Hazard Out

Engineer the hazard out

The 3 E’s of safety are Engineering, Education & Enforcement.

The goal of any event planner, attraction or venue operator is to identify and eliminate/mitigate known and foreseeable hazards.

Once a hazard has been identified, the optimal solution is to eliminate the hazard using engineering practices.

The thought process is simple, when a hazard has been eliminated, staff, vendors and patrons are no longer exposed to dangers and can no longer be injured as a result.
