Risk is a situation involving exposure to danger.

The goal of an event planner or venue operator is to identify the risk and mitigate it through an effective method such as the 3 E’s.

It is important to be able to identify the risk through historical data or similar method.

You need to have a safety program in place to identify and mitigate risks through proactive measures such as the 3 E’s.
