Make Time for Safety

Make time for safety

“Make time for safety.” You’ve heard this before, but what does it mean?

In the Events, Tourism and Attractions world, time is a commodity in short supply.

As a result of this, safety training and messaging is often glossed over (think volunteers, temp staff, etc).

As event planners and venue/attraction operators we need to stop viewing safety as a job separate from our own and ingrain it into whatever job function we have.

If properly balanced and incorporated, safety won’t take much time at all!

How do you incorporate safety into your business?
